I'm a father, builder, and someone learning to be here instead of performing here.

On November 6, 2025, I drew a line in the sand. I realized I'd been performing growth instead of living it — narrating evolution instead of embodying it. I built an identity around insight because it was safer than feeling. Not anymore.

Now I'm focused on presence over productivity. Love over outrage. Clear signals over confusion. Integration over articulation. I curate my environment for honesty — people and contexts that let my nervous system heal and real connection flourish.

I still build systems — digital, emotional, spiritual, and physical. I'm still a technical program manager and developer. I still run Strong Hands, Soft Heart. But those are roles, not identity. What I'm becoming is someone who shows up fully, who chooses presence over feeds, who builds a home rooted in kindness as the ultimate rebellion.

On December 25, 2025, my son Andre Antonio was born. Mia made me a father. Andre is showing me I get to keep becoming one — more patient, more present, more willing to sit in the mess without needing to narrate it.
