How it shows up for me
In a blended family, collaboration means all the adults working together for the kids, even when we wouldn’t have chosen each other as teammates. At work, it means naming who did what, and asking the people who know more than I do. I’m used to carrying things alone, so collaboration is a muscle I’m still building.
