What it is
Speed can become a way of avoiding scrutiny: if I ship fast enough, I’m safe. The trap is that every fast delivery resets the baseline. The next request assumes this speed is normal, and the one after that assumes it’s slow. There’s no ceiling where people say “that’s enough output for one person.” There’s only the next ask.
Other signs: over-delivering into a room that can’t absorb it, delivering instead of disclosing, offering output where presence was asked for.
