How it shows up for me
I’m good at it, maybe too good. I learned the hard way that efficiency doesn’t belong everywhere. Brushing my daughter’s hair “efficiently” meant missing the whole point of it. So the question I ask now is which setting I’m in before I optimize anything. At a desk, efficiency. With people I love, presence.
