What it is
Transmission is the part of presence that travels without words. When something really changes inside a person, people around them pick it up before they can say what changed: kids, coworkers, even someone on the other end of a video call.
It’s why you can’t fake calm for long, and why real change tends to spread.
How it shows up for me
After a stretch of real inner work, people started treating me differently before I’d said anything. My kids noticed first, even over FaceTime. That was the most convincing evidence I had that the change was real.
