Concept

Evidence-based journaling

Against imposter syndrome: write down what you have actually done, named and specific, and read it back.

What it is

When the voice says you’re a fraud, answer with evidence. Write down the work you’ve actually done, with names, projects and skills, and read it back. Feelings argue loudly; a list just sits there being true.

How it shows up for me

I’ve done it for years. My list has the projects, the teams, the skills I learned the hard way. Focus on your wins and the tangible.

Mistakes go in too, differently. If I keep making the same mistake, that’s a lagoon I can work on intentionally, not proof I’m a fraud.
