Coquito de Moni
Coquito of condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, yolks, vanilla, cinnamon, rum, and brandy. Mix and bottle. Yields 4 to 5 large bottles.

Coquito of condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, yolks, vanilla, cinnamon, rum, and brandy. Mix and bottle. Yields 4 to 5 large bottles.
Ingredients
- 4 cans condensed milk
- 4 cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans Goya cream of coconut
- 12 egg yolks, beaten with a little evaporated milk and strained
- 4 tablespoons vanilla
- 4 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 full bottle of rum
- 1/2 bottle Felipe II brandy, or 3/4
Equipment
- Funnel
- 4 to 5 large bottles
Method
- Beat the 12 yolks with a little of the evaporated milk and strain them.
- Mix everything.
- Pour into bottles with a funnel.
