Coquito de Moni

Coquito of condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, yolks, vanilla, cinnamon, rum, and brandy. Mix and bottle. Yields 4 to 5 large bottles.

Coquito of condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, yolks, vanilla, cinnamon, rum, and brandy. Mix and bottle. Yields 4 to 5 large bottles.

Ingredients

  • 4 cans condensed milk
  • 4 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 cans Goya cream of coconut
  • 12 egg yolks, beaten with a little evaporated milk and strained
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 full bottle of rum
  • 1/2 bottle Felipe II brandy, or 3/4

Equipment

  • Funnel
  • 4 to 5 large bottles

Method

  1. Beat the 12 yolks with a little of the evaporated milk and strain them.
  2. Mix everything.
  3. Pour into bottles with a funnel.
