Mia's Cinnamon Pancakes

One-part flour pancakes with cinnamon and nutritional yeast. Oat milk. Cook in an oiled pan until both sides brown.

One-part flour pancakes with cinnamon and nutritional yeast. Oat milk. Cook in an oiled pan until both sides brown.

Ingredients

  • 1 part all-purpose flour
  • 1/10 part baking powder
  • 3/10 part ground cinnamon
  • 2/10 part nutritional yeast
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons oat milk

Equipment

  • Frying pan

Method

  1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutritional yeast.
  2. Add oat milk and mix until smooth. Do not overmix.
  3. Heat an oiled frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour in the batter. When the pancake has bubbles all over, flip it.
  5. Brown both sides and serve hot.
