Egg-Free Pancakes for Mia Luna

Egg-free pancakes of flour, baking powder, cinnamon, oil, and water or oat milk. Cooked in a pan over medium heat.

Egg-free pancakes of flour, baking powder, cinnamon, oil, and water or oat milk. Cook in a pan over medium heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar; can be substituted
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 cup water or oat milk

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Frying pan

Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat with a teaspoon of oil.
  3. Add the oil and the water or oat milk to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until even. Do not overmix.
  5. Cook the pancakes as usual.
